Contract Support Packages

Prior to the contract set-up, our team will attend your site and carry out an extensive audit of your PC’s.  From this we will recommend any work that is required to bring the units to a stable condition. You are under no obligation to use the services of Digital Wired to complete these requirements, however, they must be met before any contract can commence. If you do choose to use Digital Wired you will be charged at our normal engineering rates (please contact us for further details).

Tariff 2006 Network Services

Our Network Phone Support gives you backup when you need it, we do not operate any hidden costs such as per minute charging.

You will have a fully qualified, fully staffed technical helpdesk during working hours to support any network problems you face. 

This covers connectivity issues and general queries on the operation of the PC operating system. On-site visits are charged at our usual engineering rates (please see below).

We also offer a Remote Server Management Support Contract from less than £250 per month. This enables us to link directly into your server and fix any issues that may have arisen. The advantage of this is that you reduce the likelihood of incurring engineer on-site charges. Subscription to this package also includes free Network Phone Support.

Because we are confident that you will see instant benefits from having a fully trained and qualified help desk available to you, we are offering you 13 months of support for the price of 12. If after the first month you feel that you do not need the support, we will cancel it for you. Simple as that. There will be no charges.

Installation

Our fully Microsoft and Compaq certified engineers can provide all services for installation and configuration of your Network. 

This includes but is not limited to:

• Improvement or renewal of your network PC’s

• Installation of software not present at time of initial audit

• Server configuration

• Addition of new equipment

• Replacement cost of hardware

• Office application support

Engineer Rates

With Support Contract - £100* per hour (capped at £600* per day)

Without Support Contract - £150* per hour (capped at £800* per day)

*All prices are subject to VAT at the current rate of 17.5%
